Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group in Ballwin, MO is seeking an energetic District Manager to lead and develop our Marco’s Pizza operations. You will oversee multiple stores, coach general managers, and drive performance toward our strategic objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-unit experience, budgeting know-how, and a collaborative approach to improve brand standards, training, and people development across the district.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience leading others at various organizational levels.
• Multi-unit restaurant management experience (6+ locations preferred).
• Experience with pizza quick-service or full-service chains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop district managers and store leadership across multiple Marco’s Pizza locations.
• Ensure brand standards and compliance with government inspections at all restaurants in the district.
• Plan budgeting, labor, and food cost to drive district performance and profitability.
• Partner with HR on investigations and make action decisions as needed.
• Travel locally and long distances to oversee sites and support operations.
