Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks a District Manager to lead 6+ locations and drive operational excellence. You will coach general managers, manage budgets, and partner with HR on investigations and staffing decisions.

Travel is required and the role demands a strong track record in multi-unit restaurant leadership, budget control, and strategic planning. A Bachelor’s degree and food-safety certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading others at various organizational levels.
• Multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably 6+ locations.
• Experience with a pizza quick-service or full-service chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop district managers to achieve strategic objectives.
• Ensure brand standards and compliance with inspections.
• Monitor sales, labor, food cost; coach managers on opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional ops and HR on hires and terminations.
