Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is hiring a District Manager to lead and develop restaurant operations across multiple Marco’s Pizza locations. This hands-on role focuses on coaching general managers, optimizing performance, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and inspections.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-unit leadership, experience with a pizza QSR or FSC chain, and willingness to relocate. Travel across the district is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience leading others at district/ multi-unit level.
• Experience managing at least 6 locations in quick-service or full-service chains.
• Pizza restaurant experience is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct restaurant operations within the district to meet objectives.
• Coach general managers and junior management through training and performance management.
• Ensure brand standards and government inspections are met across all stores in the district.
• Partner with HR on investigations and decisions regarding actions.
• Collaborate with regional ops to hire, promote, and discharge staff as needed.
• Monitor sales, labor, food cost, and service metrics at store level.
