Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, is seeking a District Manager to lead and direct restaurant operations across multiple locations in the district. You will develop people, optimize performance, and ensure brand standards and health inspections compliance.

Expect travel and a leadership role at scale. Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership is required, with experience overseeing 6+ stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience leading others at district/multi-unit level.
• Experience managing 6+ locations in quick-service or full-service chains.
• Pizza quick-service or full-service chain experience is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct restaurant operations across the district to meet strategic objectives.
• Develop and mentor restaurant general managers and district staff.
• Monitor store performance metrics including sales, labor, and costs.
• Ensure brand standards and inspections compliance across all locations.
• Partner with regional operations leadership on hiring and budgeting.
