Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the U.S., seeks a district manager to lead multi-unit operations and drive performance across 6+ restaurants. You will coach general managers, monitor brand standards, and partner with regional leaders to optimize growth and profitability.

Candidate must have extensive multi-unit leadership experience in quick-service or full-service chains, with strong budgeting, training, and communication skills; travel is required,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience leading others at district level or higher.
• Experience managing 6+ stores in a quick-service or full-service chain.
• Willingness to relocate and travel locally and long distances.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct restaurant operations toward achieving district objectives.
• Ensure brand standards and compliance across all stores in the district.
• Monitor sales, labor, and food cost; manage budgets and performance metrics.
• Partner with HR on investigations and staff actions as needed.
• Hire, promote, and develop general managers and store leaders.
