Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop restaurant operations across multiple locations. You will coach general managers, oversee budgeting, and drive sales while ensuring brand standards.

Travel is required to supervise at least six stores, coordinate with HR on investigations, and implement district strategies. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, with strong leadership and budget experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate operational excellence through training, coaching, performance management of GMs and junior managers.
• Multi‑unit restaurant management experience (preferably 6+ locations).
• Proficiency with restaurant operating systems, back of house, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct restaurant operations to achieve district goals and strategic objectives.
• Develop people in the district to protect and maintain company values.
• Monitor sales, labor, food cost, and service metrics with GMs; drive opportunities.
