Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US with over 100 locations, seeks a hands-on District Manager to lead operations across the district and develop the people behind the restaurants.

You will drive operational excellence, budgetary controls, and strategic growth while maintaining brand standards and achieving district objectives. Excellent leaders capable of coaching managers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership across multiple units
• Experience managing 6+ locations in quick-service or full-service
• Experience with pizza quick-service is a plus
• Willingness to relocate

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop general managers across 6+ stores.
• Monitor operations, sales, labor, and costs to improve results.
• Ensure brand standards and compliance with inspections.
• Collaborate with HR on investigations and staffing decisions.
• Partner with regional ops on hiring, promotions, performance and terminations.
• Plan site selections and budgeting for new restaurants.
• Drive brand awareness and local market growth.
• Provide hands-on leadership and strategic direction.
