Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on District Manager to lead Marco’s Pizza operations across multiple locations. You will direct restaurant performance, coach general managers, and ensure consistency with brand standards and safety requirements.

You will develop staff, participate in budgeting and site selection, and drive sales and labor efficiency while upholding the company values and strategic goals across the district.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading others at district or higher level
• Experience managing 6+ locations in quick-service or full-service chains
• Pizza QSR or full-service chain experience is a plus
• Willingness to relocate

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate operational excellence through training, coaching, and performance management of general managers and junior managers
• Lead district operations toward achieving strategic objectives
• Develop people in the assigned district to protect and uphold company values
• Monitor store performance and address opportunities with GMs
• Partner with HR on investigations and actions as needed
• Ensure brand standards and government inspections compliance across all restaurants
