Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking an experienced district manager to lead and develop a team of store leaders in the Shawnee area. You will drive operational excellence, coach managers, and partner with HR on investigations while ensuring brand standards.

Expect to oversee 6+ locations, manage budgets and performance metrics, and travel as required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5 years leading others at district or multi-unit level.
• Experience with quick-service or full-service restaurant operations helpful.
• Strong budgeting and P/L understanding desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop general managers and district leaders.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate operations across multiple stores.
• Monitor sales, labor, food costs and service performance.
• Collaboration with HR on investigations and actions as needed.
• Ensure brand standards and regulatory compliance across stores.
