Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit operations experience in QSR or fast casual required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing labor/food costs.
• Leadership, mentorship, and hands-on coaching of general managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of brand standards, guest satisfaction, and speed of service across district locations.
• Take full P&L accountability; analyze metrics to optimize costs and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-tier General Managers; build succession plans.
