Job summary

MarcJax, LLC, a Burger King franchisee, seeks a District Manager to oversee 4–10 restaurants in the Columbus, OH market. You will be a hands-on leader, driving sales, coaching GMs, and ensuring QSC standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit QSR leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and promote restaurant talent.
• Hands-on, boots-on-the-ground leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and drive store-level EBITDA across restaurants.
• Be on-shift and present inside the restaurants to build direct relationships with GMs and AGMs.
• Coach, don’t just manage, to elevate restaurant managers into strong operators.
• Protect the brand by upholding QSC standards, drive-thru speed, and guest satisfaction.
