Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Drive execution of Burger King brand standards, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service across all district locations .

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of successful multi-unit operations experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Fast Casual concept required (Burger King or major QSR brand experience preferred).

Proven Track Record: History of achieving sales targets, managing labor/food costs, and developing restaurant managers into multi-unit leaders .

Leadership & Drive: Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a hands‑on leadership style.

Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily throughout the Johnson City, TN district.

Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 / year (commensurate with experience)
