Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Restaurant General Managers across all locations.
• Ensure execution of operational standards, food safety, and guest experience.
• Drive sales growth, labor control, food cost, PLV, and profitability.
• Review P&Ls and performance metrics; implement improvements as needed.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with franchise requirements and company policies.
