Job summary

Burger King District Manager in East Texas is seeking an experienced leader to oversee multiple BK restaurants, driving profitability, brand standards, and team development across locations.

You will lead General Managers, ensure operational excellence, food safety, and guest experience, and review P&Ls to implement improvements. A base salary ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 with a bonus potential up to 20% based on results.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of multi-unit QSR management experience preferred.
• Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Restaurant General Managers across all locations.
• Ensure execution of Burger King operational standards, food safety, and guest experience.
• Drive sales growth, labor control, food cost, PLV, and overall profitability.
• Review P&Ls and performance metrics, implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with franchise requirements and company policies.
