Job summary

UDR Careers in Indiana is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of communities, drive financial performance, manage budgets, and lead staff to achieve occupancy and service goals. You will analyze market conditions, implement retention programs, ensure safety, and prepare reports.

A Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of supervisory/real estate operations experience are required; OneSite experience is preferred. Salary range $130,000–$148,000 with a 20% bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 4–6 years of supervisory experience, preferably in residential property management or related operations.
• 4–6 years in strategic planning, financial analysis, business development, or operational management, preferably real estate.
• OneSite or other site operating system experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and increase controllable NOI, manage budgets and revenue growth.
• Analyze market conditions and implement marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Oversee daily community operations, safety, compliance, and policies.
• Conduct weekly site inspections to maintain property standards and curb appeal.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop associates; manage performance and staffing needs.
• Prepare required reports and support business objectives.
