We are seeking a hands‑on Regional Property Manager to oversee multifamily apartment operations across Central Indiana and lead the lease‑up and stabilization of a newly constructed 72-unit market‑rate apartment community in Shelbyville.

This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Property Manager, Multi‑Site Manager, or Lease‑Up Manager ready to take ownership of portfolio performance, develop high‑performing teams, and contribute to a growing real estate investment and management company.

New‑construction, market‑rate multifamily lease‑up experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑leasing, opening, lease‑up, and stabilization of a new apartment community.
• Develop leasing and marketing strategies to achieve 95% occupancy at stabilized properties.
• Manage multifamily operations across multiple Central Indiana communities.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing a large apartment community, multiple properties, or a multifamily portfolio.
• Strong leasing, sales, marketing, and occupancy‑management skills.
• Knowledge of property financials, budgets, rent collections, vendor management, and NOI.
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and maintain accountability.
• Familiarity with property management software and performance reporting.
• Ability to travel regularly among Central Indiana properties.
