CVS Health is seeking a District Pharmacy Coordinator to coordinate pharmacist schedules across the market, ensuring coverage and contingency plans for daily operations. You will also manage timekeeping and payroll submissions for pharmacists, and assist with seasonal vaccine clinic scheduling.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with the Pharmacy District Leader to keep pharmacy operations compliant and efficient.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained within 90 days.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsabilidades

• Set and maintain pharmacist schedules for stores in the district, including templates and coverage.
• Submit pharmacist payroll weekly with accurate timekeeping.
• Schedule vaccine clinics and balance pharmacy priorities to prevent escalations.
• Support administrative tasks for Rx DL, PIC/POA, audits and compliance.
