Qualifications

• Regular and predictable attendance is required and the role supports pharmacy operations across a district.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in retail or corporate environments.
• Pharmacy Technician licensure/certification must be obtained within 90 days in role; state and national requirements vary.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain pharmacist schedules for stores in the district, including templates and vacation coverage.
• Track pharmacist vacation balances and report regularly for approvals.
• Submit pharmacist payroll weekly with accurate time entry and pay codes.
• Seasonally manage vaccine clinic scheduling and ensure staffing coverage.
• Support additional administrative tasks as directed by the Rx DL.
