Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Pharmacy Coordinator to coordinate pharmacist schedules across markets, ensuring on‑time schedule creation, coverage plans, and accurate payroll submission. The DPC also helps manage immunization clinic scheduling and collaborates with the Pharmacy District Leader to keep operations compliant and efficient.

The role is non‑exempt, 30 hours per week, with optional 10 additional hours as a Pharmacy Technician in-store to enhance market performance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
Pharmacy Technician licensure/certification must be obtained within 90 days, unless state requirements differ.
1+ years in a retail or corporate environment; strong scheduling and payroll experience.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail for multi‑site operations.

Responsibilities

Set and maintain pharmacist schedules across the district, including templates and coverage plans.
Track and submit pharmacist payroll weekly per CVS guidelines; handle vacation and leave entries.
Seasonally schedule vaccine clinics and adjust schedules to cover patient care.
Support Rx DL with administrative tasks, audits, and system-related changes as needed.
