Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Pharmacy Coordinator to coordinate pharmacist scheduling, payroll, and immunization clinic staffing across the district. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and proactive problem solving to prevent disruptions in daily pharmacy operations.

You will work with the Pharmacy District Leader to ensure coverage, maintain vacation and leave balances, and support administrative tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• 1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained within 90 days in role.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain Pharmacist schedule for stores in the district with coverage plans.
• Track pharmacist payroll weekly and enter non-work time and shift requirements.
• Seasonally manage vaccine clinic scheduling and adjust schedules to cover clinics.
• Support daily pharmacy operations and Rx DL initiatives with ad hoc tasks.
