Walgreens is seeking a District Pharmacy Leader to supervise retail pharmacy operations across the assigned district. You will drive profitability, cost control, and patient-centered care by leading Pharmacy Managers, Schedulers, and staff, while ensuring compliance and quality across pharmacies.

You will own the talent pipeline, recruitment, and development for Pharmacy Managers and staff, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement improvement plans and business forecasting.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the assigned geography, or willing and able to obtain state licensure within 6 months of position start date.
• Willing to obtain Immunization Certification within 6 months of hire date.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willing to travel up/at least 80% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
