CVS Health is seeking a District Leader, Rx to guide clinical excellence and retail pharmacy operations across multiple locations. You will coach Pharmacy Managers, build a strong talent pipeline, and drive top-line growth while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with store teams to implement new programs and services across the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Pharmacist license required in all states in the District.
• Internal candidates must be accepted into the EL program.
• 5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist, ideally in retail.
• 3+ years of experience leading others.
• Proven track record of meeting performance goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Pharmacy Managers; cultivate talent pipelines.
• Set district priorities and coach teams through change.
• Drive business plans, budgeting, inventory, and patient safety.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Grow business via acquisitions, new stores, and remodels.
• Deliver timely performance reviews and coaching.
