Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a high-impact Multi-unit Operations Leader to oversee district retail store operations, including Front Store and Pharmacy, driving P&L, budgets, inventory, payroll and asset protection. You will align teams around programs, deliver healthcare outcomes, and shape a district culture that elevates the customer experience.

You will lead talent strategy, succession planning, and development across the district, while executing new programs and real estate initiatives to sustain

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes district business plans and strategies to deliver on all financial measures.
• Manages P&L, budgets, inventory, payroll, asset protection and shrink budgets.
• Aligns front store and pharmacy teams on programs and service delivery in the district.
• Leads district culture to ensure a differentiated customer experience and compliance.
• Oversees talent planning, succession, and development across district stores and pharmacies.
• Drives district growth, acquisitions/real estate input, and new program execution.
