Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsabilités

• Attend regularly and on schedule, including nights/weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Provide patient counseling and ensure patient safety.
• Immunize and assist with clinical care where permissible.
• Lead the pharmacy team and manage workflow and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
