Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Active Pharmacist license required for all states in District.
5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist, ideally retail.
3+ years of experience leading others.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Cultivate the market’s Pharmacist talent pipeline and oversee interns and Pharmacists.
Set District staffing and succession plans for key roles.
Oversee training programs and ensure staffing and payroll are managed.
Ensure compliance with policies, audits, and safety standards.
Grow business through acquisitions, file buys, and new stores.
