Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to help lead a high‑performing pharmacy team in delivering patient‑centered care. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise Pharmacy Technician staff, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality in operations.

You will contribute to patient care programs, manage workflow and inventory, and participate in efforts to improve health outcomes while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification from a recognized body.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacy Manager and lead Pharmacy Technician staff.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee quality assurance and workflow management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive patient care programs.
• Manage inventory and loss prevention.
• Support profitability and financial performance of the pharmacy.
• Lead with empathy and develop staff talent.
• Contribute to growth and performance improvements in the pharmacy.
