Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Leader, Rx to oversee clinical and business operations across about 20 retail pharmacies, with a team of roughly 200 colleagues. The role focuses on patient safety, performance improvement, and growth of clinical services.

You will coach Pharmacy Managers, lead talent development, drive market plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with field leadership to launch programs that keep communities healthy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; licensure as a Pharmacist in applicable states
• Minimum 5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist, ideally in retail
• 3+ years of leading others and coaching diverse teams
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead district Pharmacy Managers and mentor interns, Float and Staff Pharmacists to ensure strong bench
• Set district priorities, staffing pipelines, and succession planning with field leadership
• Drive market business plans, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee patient safety and implement programs to grow clinical services
