- Develops and executes district business plans to meet financial goals (P&L, budgets, inventory, payroll).
- Aligns front store and pharmacy teams on programs and service expectations.
- Leads district culture to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Develops and executes district talent plans and succession for store/pharmacy managers and staff.
- Drives district growth through acquisitions/real estate strategy and new programs.
