Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service and loss prevention
• Manage Pharmacy Staff and Technicians; supervise personnel and workflow
• Drive growth and improve performance by identifying business opportunities and leading teams to achieve goals
• Ensure inventory management and financial profitability of the pharmacy
• Lead a team culture of caring, empathy and collaboration with patients and staff
• Adhere to pharmacy professional practice standards and regulatory requirements
