Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps, travel within the district, and oversee pharmacy operations with emphasis on safe dispensing and patient care. You will support the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader, ensuring high standards in a fast-paced retail setting across stores in the district.

Responsibilities include immunizations, counseling, inventory management, and collaboration with the pharmacy team to resolve insurance or medication

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to fill shifts as needed across the district.
• Support pharmacist scheduling gaps and cover shifts as directed by leadership.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure safe dispensing and patient care.
• Assist with immunizations and counseling to support patient health.
• Maintain inventory and protect cold chain products throughout the district.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs while upholding safety and inclusivity.
