Job summary

CVS Health, a leading retail pharmacy, is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams across multiple stores within the district. You will act as a proxy to the Pharmacy Manager, oversee pharmacy operations, supervise dispensing and patient care, and help immunize and resolve insurance issues.

Travel within the district is required. Strong clinical skills, license in the state, and ability to work weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district.
• Support pharmacy teams as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts.
• Assist with immunizations, patient counseling and safe dispensing.
