Job summary

CVS Health seeks an experienced District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover scheduling gaps, support pharmacy teams, and model our standards of patient care across stores in the district.

You will travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts, oversee pharmacy operations, and act as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts while maintaining safety, compliance, and service quality to patients.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on tasks over time and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Ensure accurate prescription labeling and patient safety.
