Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district and support pharmacy teams in multiple stores. You will model patient-centered care, oversee operations, and help ensure safe dispensing and immunization services.

Travel within a reasonable radius is required; you’ll collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader to maintain high standards of clinical and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled by leadership; oversee pharmacy operations in stores.
• Support safe dispensing, counseling and immunization practices; model care for the team.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and District Leader; cover duties when on duty.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, CVS policies and privacy requirements.
