Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Verify prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety.
• Support customer service and teamwork within the pharmacy.
• Assist immunizations and counseling as part of patient care services.
• Ensure compliant handling of controlled substances and privacy.
