Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframes.
• Confirm prescription information and ensure label accuracy for patient safety.
• Provide compassionate patient care and counsel.
• Administer and support immunizations where permissible; coach staff to immunize.
