Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district. You will support the Pharmacy Manager and district leadership to oversee the pharmacy team, ensure safe dispensing, counseling and immunizations, and help improve patient outcomes.

Travel within the district, maintain high standards of patient care, and assist with apparel to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task, pivot between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Ensure prescription information accuracy and patient safety.
• Assist with immunizations where permissible; support pharmacy team.
