Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to help cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams across stores in the district. You will model excellence, provide patient-centered care, and ensure safe dispensing as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

The role requires an active pharmacist license in the state, an active NPI, and ongoing compliance with legal and CVS policies.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health’s purpose by providing safe and accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Traveling the district to fill pharmacist shifts and supervise as needed.
• Support pharmacy operations and inventory management, including cold chain protection.
• Assist in prescribing-related clinical services where permissible; collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and CVS Health policies.
