Job summary

CVS Health is seeking District Support Pharmacists (DSPs) to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores within the district and support pharmacy teams. You will operate under the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader to ensure safe, accurate dispensing and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include covering shifts, maintaining workflow safety, immunizations, and helping manage inventory while upholding CVS Health policies and compliant practice across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy/retail setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription information accuracy and patient safety.
• Support immunization services and patient care as directed.
