Job summary

CVS Health is seeking District Support Pharmacists (DSPs) to help cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and support multiple stores across the district. You will assist the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader, oversee pharmacy operations, and contribute to safe, accurate dispensing and patient care while traveling between stores.

Ideal candidates hold an active pharmacist license in the state, an active NPI, and are not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps by traveling within the district.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and serve as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts.
• Support safe, accurate prescription dispensing and counseling per workflow procedures.
• Assist with immunizations and patient care to improve health outcomes.
