Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district.
• Support the pharmacy team and act as Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts.
• Assist in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
