CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to support pharmacy operations across stores in the district. This role emphasizes safe dispensing, patient-centered care, and leadership in pharmacy teams.

You will travel to fill shifts, assist the Pharmacy Manager, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws while delivering clinical services such as immunizations where permitted. A valid pharmacist license and active NPI are required.

Competenze

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Mansioni

Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps under the Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader.
Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and uphold workflow procedures.
Act as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts without overlap.
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and coaching the team.
Deliver immunizations and assist Pharmacy Technicians to learn the process.
Assist in inventory management with focus on cold chain products.
Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs; maintain a safe, inclusive team dynamic.
