About the Role:

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a District Parts & Service Manager based in Seattle, WA (reporting to our Zone 5 office in Englewood/Centennial, CO). You will serve as the strategic business consultant to 10-11 Honda/Acura dealerships, driving parts sales and elevating fixed operations profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with dealership principals, service directors, and parts managers to achieve sales objectives.
• Drive customer retention and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance across assigned dealerships.
• Guide dealers in implementing Express/Accelerated Service initiatives to reduce customer oil change wait times.
• Grow retail parts and accessory sales and increase Customer Pay Repair Order (CPRO) revenue.
• Facilitate dealership advisor and technician training program completions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of automotive wholesale or retail dealership parts and service management experience.
• Thorough understanding of OEM warranty policies, dealership financial statements, and fixed operations.
• Proven consultative sales ability, customer relations skills, and business planning expertise.
• Clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently and relocate in the future.
