Job summary

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a District Parts & Service Manager (DPSM) in Hoffman Estates, IL to liaison between AHM and Honda/Acura dealers and drive parts and service performance.

You will lead 10–11 dealer accounts, implement action plans to close gaps in customer satisfaction and service times, and promote Honda/Acura programs. This role offers a strong rewards package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business/marketing/automotive tech.
• Minimum 3-5 years auto parts and service wholesale/retail experience.
• Wholesale/retail automotive experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of OEM automotive warranty policies and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between American Honda Motor Co., Inc. and Honda/Acura dealerships.
• Develop, implement, and follow-up action plans to address dealer gaps in key objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of 10–11 Honda/Acura dealers and drive performance improvements.
• Promote Honda/Acura programs, policies, and procedures for profitable parts and service departments.
• Support DPSM mentoring, Pilot Programs and assigned tasks.
