Job summary

Hyundai Motor America is seeking a District Parts & Service Manager to act as the liaison between the company and Hyundai dealerships. You will work to improve dealer performance in vehicle sales, customer retention, and profitability.

You will analyze dealer operations, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions while supporting warranty and goodwill repairs. Extensive overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Hyundai Motor America and dealerships to improve dealer performance in sales, retention, and profitability.
• Analyze dealer operations and identify deficiencies; recommend corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to diagnose vehicle issues and verify warranty procedures.
• Submit reports and monitor dealer compliance with agreements.
• Travel extensively to districts and satellite locations.
