Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company in the United States is seeking a District Sales Manager to support dealers across the district, drive sales objectives, and enhance market presence. You will train staff, coordinate promotions, analyze performance, and contribute to dealership profitability while maintaining Hyundai standards.

The role requires extensive travel, hands-on leadership, and strong analytical skills to manage relationships and drive customer satisfaction across wholesale and retail channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Six+ years of wholesale automotive experience, with dealer-facing background.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP, CARRS, and BMI knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist dealers with sales support, product distribution, merchandising, advertising, and customer training.
• Attain regularly assigned wholesale and retail vehicle sales objectives.
• Attain market penetration and registration performance objectives.
• Coordinate dealer and district market representation standards.
• Provide dealership training and CRM assistance.
• Coordinate auto show display needs within district.
• Develop fleet sales and manage data analysis for performance.
• Complete regular administrative duties and dealer surveys.
• Travel extensively and exercise independent judgment.
