Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company is seeking a Manager, District Parts & Service for the Sacramento region to liaison with Hyundai dealerships and drive dealer performance in sales, service and parts profitability.

The role emphasizes critical analysis of dealer operations, program implementation, and customer satisfaction improvements, requiring 6+ years in automotive wholesale with robust communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six+ years experience, with at least 3 years directly related wholesale automotive experience.
• Sound understanding of automotive dealership sales/service/parts operations and financial services.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; proficient in Windows-based software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Hyundai Motor America and Hyundai dealerships to improve dealer performance in vehicle sales, customer retention and profitability.
• Analyze dealer parts and service operations, identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate and implement Hyundai programs, policies and procedures to dealers.
• Provide technical support to diagnose vehicle operating issues and verify warranty procedures.
• Submit written reports and monitor dealer compliance with the dealer agreement.
• Suggest operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and parts/service profitability.
• Ensure dealer attendance and participation in regional training programs.
• Manage customer satisfaction processes and resolve complaints within the district.
