Job summary

Kia seeks a District Parts & Service Manager to provide dealership consulting and support aimed at improving the Service Customer Experience and dealership profitability. You will help grow service retention and ensure compliance with Kia America standards; dealership visits are an essential function.

In this role, you will manage district service, parts marketing, warranty, training, and customer care activities across dealers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Specialized OEM automotive vocational or technical training desirable.
• Wholesale and retail dealership experience desirable.
• Business consulting experience.
• Demonstrated evidence of technical aptitude, either via formal education or hands-on automotive experience.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cost management.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve owner concerns consistent with KUS policies/procedures.
• Ability to develop a business case and deliver to dealership management teams
• Ability to lead district-level meetings and deliver meaningful communications

Responsibilities

• Direct district service activities to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Lead district parts activities including marketing and sales targets.
• Oversee all District Warranty activities.
• Manage District Fixed Operations Training.
• Direct District Customer Care activities and programs.
