Job summary

Hyundai Motor America seeks a District Parts & Service Manager in Plano, Texas. You will act as liaison between Hyundai and dealerships, aiming to improve dealer performance in parts, service, sales, and profitability while upholding Hyundai brand standards.

The role requires extensive overnight travel and a track record in automotive wholesale. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential; a high school diploma is mandatory and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate mandatory; bachelor's preferred.
• Six+ years experience, with at least three years in automotive wholesale.
• Retail experience a plus.
• Automotive retail knowledge required.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficient with Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Hyundai Motor America and dealerships to improve dealer performance.
• Analyze dealer parts and service operations and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate programs, policies and procedures to dealers; monitor compliance.
• Support dealer profitability and customer satisfaction through operational improvements.
• Travel extensively on overnight assignments.
