Job summary

Hyundai in the United States seeks a District Sales Manager to drive wholesale and retail vehicle sales, expand market penetration, and uphold dealer standards. You will work with dealers to improve customer satisfaction, manage aging inventory, and support CRM/marketing initiatives while traveling extensively to meet objectives.

The role demands strong analytical and communication skills, plus the ability to use data to advise dealers.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in automotive wholesale, with at least three years in wholesale.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Attain regularly assigned wholesale and retail vehicle sales objectives.
• Attain market penetration/registration performance objectives.
• Ensure dealer/district market representation standards of facility, signage, management and capital.
• Attain Customer Satisfaction Performance Objectives.
• Coordinate auto show display needs within district.
• Develop fleet sales through fleet account contacts with dealers.
• Review and analyze dealership financial performance using SAP, CARRS and BMI.
• Assist Dealers with CRM and Interactive Marketing initiatives.
