Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to support dealer networks across Minnesota, Michigan, Montana and The Dakotas. The role is remote with residency within the supported territory and involves leading parts sales initiatives, program adoption, and performance improvements.

You will work with regional DPMs, conduct audits, analyze market trends, and provide strategic guidance to dealers to meet national aftermarket standards.

Qualifications

Requires a BS/BA with substantial experience in parts/sales leadership.
Demonstrated ability to improve dealer performance and program adoption.
Proficient in MS Office and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Improve operational performance of dealer parts departments.
Promote DTNA sales programs and parts marketing initiatives.
Conduct financial analyses of dealer parts businesses.
Provide field intelligence on market trends and program effectiveness.
Collaborate with dealers on annual business planning and training.
